The QuantRx Rapid-Sense lateral flow test is unique in that it is the only one-step positive-read lateral flow test on the market.
The advantages of RapidSense include the following:
- It can be incorporated into single-test or multiple-test platforms for drugs-of-abuse, HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases, as well as women’s health concerns such as pregnancy, fertility, ovulation, and menopause.
- The unique RapidSense lateral flow technology makes it ideal for testing both urine and oral fluids.
- Specific for qualitative or semi-quantitative detection of many analytes including antigens and antibodies.
- Capable of detecting analytes as small as 300 daltons including nutrients, hormones such as estrogen and progesterone, drugs-of-abuse, peptides and antibiotics, as well as small analytes of environmental and agricultural interest. However, it is not limited to small molecules and is equally applicable to molecular weights up to 250,000 daltons.
- While it can be designed as a positive-read or negative-read result, its greater precision and sensitivity render it the only one-step positive-read lateral flow test available.
